According to the NHLPA’s website, both defenseman Chris Campoli and forward Viktor Stalberg have filed for arbitration with the Blackhawks. They were the only restricted free agents with arbitration rights with the team.

If the offer comes in marginally high on Stalberg, let him walk. 13 G with 24 points. I expected much more of him. He had a couple bright moments, but he never put his supposedly explosive speed to use.
As for Campoli, whenever he’s on the ice, he plays like his job is on the line, and I mean that in a good way. He makes some mistakes, but he’s 26 and hopefully still coachable. I’d like to see him stay.
