Here are a few more numbers that are interesting in this year’s NHL postseason:

The following players have scored 3 goals in the playoffs: Alex Ovechkin, Bobby Ryan, Alex Semin, James Van Riemsdyk, Joe Pavelski, Shane Doan, Shea Weber, Patrick Sharp and… Ben Smith.

The NHL leader in plus-minus in the postseason is Philadelphia’s Kimmo Timonen at plus-seven. Four players are tied at plus-six: Pavel Datsyuk, Ruslan Salei, Niklas Kronwall and (in only three games) Dave Bolland.

Jonathan Toews

  • is tied with Datsyuk for the NHL lead with 10 takeaways in the postseason.
  • has also taken 132 faceoffs through six games, the third-highest total in the postseason (behind Ryan Getzlaf and Ryan Kesler). Toews is winning 56.8 percent of his faceoffs. Toews is taking 35.8 percent of the Blackhawks’ total faceoffs, the fourth-highest percentage in the postseason.
  • has played 134:03 through six games, the third-highest ice time total in the postseason.
