According to sources, the Blackhawks have extended qualifying offers to restricted free agents Chris Campoli, Michael Frolik and Viktor Stalberg. Jake Dowell will not be back in Chicago. Also, the team has traded the negotiating rights of soon-to-be unrestricted free agent forward Tomas Kopecky to Florida for a conditional 7th round draft pick.
