One Response to Blackhawks Make Coaching Change

As I mentioned yesterday, this was coming…and while the Hawks could no longer deny Waite’s desire to go back home, they could have done a better job than Weeks, whose coaching record prior to CHI was spotty at best…there was a big drop off in the technical consistency of both CC and Raanta during the season, and that falls on Waite as his sole job is to nightly analyze the goalies high and low points, and work on correcting the mistakes. Even CC went long stretches with consistent “mechanical” issues, and Raanta didn’t improve technically, he got worse.
