According to MLive.com, Brandon Saad is out for at least a week with a “significant upper-body injury.” No futher details have been released about the injury. UPDATE: Saad reportedly blocked a shot with his left hand.
Saad was named the OHL Player of the Week after his first week after being re-assigned by the Blackhawks.
