On Monday, Blackhawks prospect Mark McNeill was named the WHL Player of the Week. McNeill, playing with the Prince Albert Raiders, posted seven points (two goals, five assists) and a +3 rating in three games.

Nice to see McNeil put it together. I’m still a bigger fan of Danault, but that’s besides the point.
I see where Gary Bettman and the owners have told Donald Fehr and the player union to pound sand up their ass…the owner’s aren’t budging on the parameters of a new financial deal. The players are shit out of luck….either get down on your knees and accept the deal at hand or piss away one full season of your limited NHL playing (and paying) career. I’m not on the side of the owners, but hot damn the players need to wise up.
