Blackhawks Prospects Battle for Beanpot

On Monday night, the annual Beanpot Championship will be decided when Boston University faces Boston College. And two prominent Blackhawks prospects will be on display.

For BC, center Kevin Hayes is coming off a strong week. He now has 22 points (six goals, 16 assists) in 29 games. Hayes, the younger brother of Jimmy, was the Hawks’ first round pick in the 2010 Draft.

For BU, defenseman Adam Clendening continues to put up strong numbers. He has now posted 24 points (two goals, 22 assists) in 26 games. The Blackhawks selected Clendening in the second round of the 2011 Draft.
