One Response to Blackhawks Prospects: Highlights From Games 2 and 3

Other than being pleasantly surprised by Svedberg, I really can’t point to one other thing that surprised me. Maybe the goalies played a little better than I thought they would, but that’s about it. There were no players that went up appreciably or down appreciably based on the highlights I saw and reports I read. (disclaimer: I didn’t see any of the games).

But from a big picture perspective, the Hawks don’t need their prospect pool to provide any top-6 forwards or top-4 d-men in the foreseeable future. They only need a few forwards and a couple d-men to play bottom tier roles and I think prospect pipeline will be able to provide that.
