One Response to Blackhawks Sign Goalie Corey Crawford

  1. I want to take this opportunity to echo that it’s great to get CC in the fold which gives clear stability to the position. On a sidenote, I also want to acknowledge Marty Turco for the role he obviously played in helping to mentor Crawford over the season. Today’s Tribune had a brief note about that as well. It seemed pretty clear that Turco handled the evolution of playing time and his role with an awful lot of class. A lesser quality guy and teammate would not have contributed as much. Here’s wishing Turco all the best down the road…unless of course he winds up in net against the beloved on any given night.
