Cristobal Huet is gone.
All three players that were placed on waivers by the Blackhawks on Saturday – Jeff Taffe, Evan Brophey and Cristobal Huet – have cleared waivers and been assigned.
Taffe and Brophey are headed to Rockford.
Huet is headed to HC Fribourg-Gotteron SA of the Swiss National League A.
On Monday, Hugh Jessiman was waived by the Blackhawks. He signed a tryout tender with the Hawks after being an epic disaster in the New York Rangers organization, and didn’t work out in Chicago either.
