Danault continues to skyrocket up the charts with NHL scouts with more solid play in juniors. He has registered 138 points (41 goals, 97 assists) in 126 games with Victoriaville over the last two seasons, and looked comfortable with Rockford late in the 2011-12 season.
The lockout will buy the Blackhawks some more time to let him mature (he won’t turn 2o until late February), but he’s signed and could be ready to contribute in Chicago soon.
