Nick Leddy Coming Back to Chicago

Sources have confirmed that Nick Leddy will be recalled on Friday and will play for the Blackhawks.

Jassen Cullimore was demoted on Thursday morning.

Leddy started the year in Chicago, but was sent to Rockford when Brian Campbell returned to the lineup. He just finished winning a bronze medal with Team USA at the World Junior Championships in Buffalo with Jeremy Morin.

Great to see Leddy back. He is quick and seems to have great puck control ~ on top of it, he seems to have a great head on his shoulders!

It’s hard to say if this is going to help the Hawks or not …. IMHO they need more phisical stay at home type of a D, however this might be a sign thtat the management wants to take a long look at the youngsters in AHL and this might be just a beginig.
