  1. Highly touted d man from what I have read. Pity he is not currently in the fold as there is ahem…..some need, right here right now.

Come and join AJ, JS, and myself over at Swig Wicker Park for the game tonight. 1469 North on Milwaukee Ave. It’s all hands on deck for this one!

    Lets Go Hawks!!

  2. I say we suit up Q, I’m sure he can give us more than 5 minutes, and for this guy, hey the more the merrier. Also has anybody heard if there is a chance if TVR is close to coming back, saw the report on 4/4 he would be out 8 weeks, we are at 6 plus on 5/19. Any chance of a Kane like recovery. If we had October TVR now, I would be very happy.

  3. I saw he signed with Calgary too. We’ll see when something official comes out. Also saw he is a sub par skater and has problems in his own end. Age 27 and hasn’t sniffed the NHL, not gonna get too worked up about it.

It also goes to show the Blackhawks are lucky to get the free agents they’ve already signed, it is a highly competitive market. Panarin, Gustafsson, Tanner kero, Kyle Baun, and so on are coups. No one can accuse them of not working hard to improve the team. It is not as easy as going to some guy’s agent saying “we want to sign your client”. A lot of it has to do with relationships developed, reputation, environment, opportunity, and a host of other reasons, many of which we aren’t privy to.
