UPDATE: Lettieri will be a Ranger.
The Frozen Four is now set, which means every other college player has time to make a decision about his future in the game. One free agent center is reportedly on the mind of Blackhawks brass.

Lettieri, 22, just completed his senior season at Minnesota. He is listed at 5-10 and 187 pounds. His production improved in each of his four seasons, peaking with 19 goals and 37 points this year. He earned All-Big Ten Honorable Mention honors as a senior.
This season Lettieri was a teammate of sophomore forward Jack Ramsey, who was a seventh round pick (#208) by the Blackhawks at the 2014 NHL Draft. Lettieri’s freshman year overlapped with former Blackhawks prospect Justin Holl at Minnesota as well.
Russo later tweeted that he expects an announcement to come on Monday.
Lettieri also just so happens to be the grandson of Lou Nanne, who played 635 games for the Minnesota North Stars before serving that organization as both coach and general manager.
