Report: Corey Crawford Head Issues Linger

According to Mark Lazerus, Corey Crawford’s upper-body issues are not only head-related, but not improving.

From Lazerus:

A source said that Crawford is dealing with a head injury, and possibly something similar to the vertigo symptoms that Bryan Bickell was dealing with last spring. He’s still officially “day to day” with an unspecified upper-body injury.

Crawford hasn’t played since March 14. Scott Darling will try to help the Hawks avoid a regular season sweep against Minnesota on Tuesday night. It will be Darling’s his seventh straight start.

  1. Not good to see Bryan Bickell and Corey Crawford compared in the same sentence. Say it ain’t so!

  2. Did they know it was vertigo for Bickell until the summer? I just know that neurologists can do a test to determine if it is vertigo and if it is, a procedure can be done to stop the dizziness.
