Report: Edmonton Oilers Extend Taylor Hall

Reports on Wednesday are that the Edmonton Oilers have agreed on a seven-year, $42M extension ($6M cap hit) with former top overall pick Taylor Hall.

In two NHL seasons, Hall has already missed 38 games because of injury. He has scored 49 goals and added 46 assists in 126 regular season contests.

Indications are that a similar deal could get done with Jordan Eberle soon as well.
