Late in the second period of Game One of the Western Conference Finals, the Sharks were effectively moving the puck across the offensive zone. They got a fantastic look, but Niemi made the biggest save of the postseason when he dove across the crease and kept the puck out.
What made this save even bigger was the final score of the game: 2-1 Blackhawks. This save ultimately changed the complexion of the series, and pushed the Hawks into the Stanley Cup Finals.
