USA Hockey Names World Junior Camp Roster

On Tuesday morning, USA Hockey named the preliminary roster from which they will select the player to represent the country at the 2015 World Junior Championships. The Blackhawks will be well represented on – and off – the ice.

The USA team will be coached by Mark Osiecki, who is currently an assistant coach with the Rockford IceHogs. The roster Osiecki will be working with at the camp will include four recent Blackhawks draft picks.

Anthony Louis, F
Miami (Ohio) University
Draft: 2013 (6th round – 181st overall)

Tyler Motte, F
University of Michigan
Draft: 2013 (4th round – 121st overall)

Draft: 2013 (3rd round – 71st overall)

  1. Wow, 4 centers from the Blackhawks organization. I wouldn’t imagine they’d all make the team but even to get an invite is a good sign.

  2. Wonder if any of the Swedish d-men make Team Sweden? Robin Norell was on the team last year and this year Robin Press is having a very good start to the season so maybe he makes it.
