How about score no 501 tonight in the Third …
Old guard came thru tonite good to see hossa get his 500th hope he is ok and back on weekend. Survived pk woes and a flat stretch but big line came thru in end. Lineup seems to be coming together mistakes part of it ,the young guys holding their own for most part. Don t get the feeling anybody has to be protected this year like last, a positive
Flyers have been very good to Hossa: his first Cup and now the milestone goal.
Hossa has had a stellar career and is a class act all the way. The Black Hawks have been lucky to have him and the 3 Stanley Cups were in no small measure to his efforts. Currently he is in the top 5 in the league in a whole variety of statistics including goals, SH goals, points, and plus-minus. Congrats on 500!!
Echoing Keith’s comments! Congrats Hoss, it’s been a joy and a privilege to watch you play from your Ottawa days thru Detroit, Pittsburgh, and of course with our beloved Blackhawks. So many memories. Always tried to model the defensive side of my game after your unmatched hustle on the backcheck. Wish I had a fraction of your shot or your incredible abilities to stickhandle in a phonebooth, carry guys on your back, and give constant protect the puck clinics while waiting for the perfect passing lane to open up. Thanks Hoss for the memories. Love to see you reach 600 goals to go with the soon coming 600th assist!
Congratulations to a true gentlemen and professional.
Thanks Booman it’s nice to be appreciated for my contributions but Hossa should get some love too for his. :)
