2016 World Cup: Teravainen, Pokka On Team Finland

On Friday morning, Finland released their roster for the upcoming World Cup of Hockey, and Blackhawks Teuvo Teravainen and Ville Pokka made the list.

Teravainen, who will turn 22 in September, posted 13 goals and 22 assists in 78 regular season games with the Hawks last year. He added one assist in seven playoff games this spring.

Pokka, 22, scored 10 goals and added 25 assists from the blue line with Rockford last year. He was credited with two goals in 10 games while representing Finland in the World Championships earlier this month.

    I like the idea of Pokka and Hjalmarsson. Congrats to both Finn’s.
