The college hockey season has started, and the Blackhawks have nine players on the ice at universities all over the US. Let’s take a look at how the seasons have started for the Hawks’ college prospects.

1 game, 1 goal, 3 assists, 4 points, 2 PIM

Sam Jardine, D – Ohio State
2 games, 0 goals, 2 assists, 2 points, 2 PIM, 5 blocked shots

Dylan Sikura, F – Northeastern

    Mike,
    I think Riemsdyk (based on contract, age, etc.) has to play in 60 games before he has to clear waivers.

    With 53 clearing waivers we gained only 80ish k, since his caphit was prorated when he was on IR (82k to 162k). Which means we would have around 750k at deadline (roster staying similar to what it is at now/caphitwise, regardless of who is on 23man).
