Blackhawks Forward Dan Carcillo To Miss “About A Month”

After Sunday morning’s skate, Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville told the media that forward Dan Carcillo will miss “about a month” with a “lower-body injury.” He also indicated that Carcillo would not require surgery.

Brandon Saad will skate in place of Carcillo on Sunday night against the Coyotes.

Also, Ray Emery will start in net for the Blackhawks on Sunday.

    I am ready for this game to start. Very interested to see if the D gets shuffled at all, and who gets the LW spot on the top line. Cases can be made for Sharp, Stalberg and even Saad. I hate being on the East Coast for these late games, but they are always so worth it…
