Did anyone notice, on Kane’s game winner against the Ducks, how “Debrincat” he looked? Did that same immediate release–no hesitation, no waiting, just snapped off that shot before the goalie could even think.

Carlo, with all due respect, Kane’s goal looked very Kane-like. He has made dozens like that, maybe more. Often imitated, never duplicated.

Great going Alex Gravel! The name of the game is great drafting, which requires great scouting. Our pool of prospects had gotten much better in a short time.

Onto hockey, saad is a beast again. That move and pass were vintage saad. He needs 2 line mates to scrum with. Offense is getting there now for some d.

Wall i watched the Asselin kid play a few times. Signed with a team closer to home then Acadie Bathurst traded for him to make a run at memeorial cup last year and Halifax did the same this year.
He is a 2way buzz saw hard to play against type player. Plays on top line, puts up good numbers. Not sure why he wasn’t drafted, scouts just don’t seem to see him as Nhl material i guess.
