Blackhawks Represented at World Junior A Challenge
This year’s World Junior A Challenge, which will take place in Yarmouth, N.S. from Nov. 5-11, will feature a Chicago Blackhawks prospect.
Bartlett native Vince Hinostroza, who was selected in the 6th round of the 2012 Draft, will represent the US in the tournament. So far this season, Hinostroza has six goals and six assists in nine games with the Waterloo Black Hawks of the USHL.

I saw Vince play like in Muskegon last weekend. I thought he floated a bit early in the game, but later seemed to get into it more. Showed quick acceleration and amazing passing skills. One time made such a sick spin-o-rama pass his teammate was not even ready and the puck went right by him in the slot.
Stole a bad pass short-handed and snapped it to the back of the net very quickly. He was used short-handed but got no PP time, making 12 points in 9 games all the more impressive.
Looks like a decent pick at this point if he develops well.
