Blackhawks Select Adam Clendening

With the 36th pick in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft, the Blackhawks selected defenseman Adam Clendening from Boston University.

Clendening is listed at 5’11 and 190 pounds, but piled up 80 penalty minutes with 23 points in 36 games last year. He was the 45th ranked prospect by Central Scouting.
