Blackhawks Sign Brandon Mashinter
On Wednesday morning, the Blackhawks announced they have agreed to a two-year extension with forward Brandon Mashinter.
Mashinter, 25, was acquired on Dec. 6 when the Hawks gave up on traded Kyle Beach to the Rangers. He has 23 points (11 goals, 12 assists) in 34 games with Rockford.
