    Good luck Noel.

NOEL, another small player drafted by MARK KELLEY. This scout has got to go along with PIERRE GAUTHIER and STAN BOWMAN.

And TOEWS needs to put COACH Q in his place after what HOSSA confirmed his unhappiness in the second half being used on the 3rd line.

Another AHL Depth player! No more!

Someone else to get rubbed off the boards by a big defenseman on the opposing team in the first round of the playoffs. I thought there was going to be changes made. I am well aware that large fast defenseman of NHL caliber don’t grow on trees. I’m also well aware that if we don’t get at least two of them were out next year in the first round too.

Out in first round again next year —-IF we even get in .

Only one guy under 6 feet worth signing- Alex D- and put him on with Toews and Panik- THIS upcoming season!! I already gave the Hossa solution! Put him in mnmt as a coach! WHO signs guys for 15 years!!! Into their late 30’s/40’s??

GH61-some of the contracts are hard to swallow-but there is a cost to three Cups and a better question-what are 3 Cups worth? Probably some bad down the road contracts and possible tough times. That’s the reality of the NHL and cap era–some regret for 3 after a 50 year drought–all in and it worked–3 freakin TIMES.
Seabs and Hossa contracts really suck now, but…. (I think it was 12 years, but that still hurts)
With 88 and 19 signed, it seems they are forced to re-tool–will the next 3 or 4 years look like Detroit, just getting in and then out or can they creatively try for # 4? Two years in a row with a nice summer break-that might help on the motivation side. Key problems have been exposed on this team and you can be sure the ‘experts’ will not give the Hawks any more free passes to the Cup final. They will need to earn it!
And at least we don’t have the Sedins.
Sea Dogs and Otters have key game 5s coming up to see if they can eventually join Knott at the Memorial Cup.

Yes, this team is finished, really sucks. Are you kidding me? They just proved over an 82 game schedule that they were the best in the west and third overall. Twenty six other teams were worse. The Hawks had one of their best seasons – ever.

One really bad post season series did them in. Nashville is playing above their level and will probably be in the west final.

Yes Noonan a key game 5 coming up. Sea Dogs are clearly the better team they just have to play their game and overcome Chicoutimi and the league ( QMJHL hates the Maritime teams beating the Quebec based teams- you can see it in the officiating). Noel has played really well so far and Highmore ok. Hope Otters can win as well

Pucklogic- agree mildy- Hawks aren’t “finished”… can outsmart/IQ and out class most of the league- still
However- a closer look at Preds… will show some things- like the Preds top forwards- are all young- and still haven’t peaked (Forsberg/Johansson/Arvidsson)…
Preds D corp- still on the Right side of 30 yrs. old…

Oilers- are going to get better ( I had a bet with friend that Oilers would come out of West-start of PO’s)… Wild- has a shit ton of solid prospects (of course– key word -prospect)

Hawks-imo- need to make a BIG move to be Real WC threat… OR 2 Big surprise Prospects/FA finds this summer- (Saad-like)… they are getting Old!!!

Don’t see a 3 or 4 yr. retool the future is now and Bowman wants to find the right supporting cast this summer. Signings for the future are a necessity too but too remain cup competitive next year is the priority.

Goldenbladz if they do win the series who would they meet in the final and how would that stack up?
Mississauga is on a role but the East is inferior to the West, in the O.

It would most likely be Blainville-Boisbriand Armada as they are up 3-1 in their series. Sea Dogs game 5 is tonight and the Dogs are the class of the league. All four lines are strong and probably the best D as well. They have run into hot goaltending and they eventually get to them. The only thing that can derail them is undiscipline and penalties

Denis Savard is 5’10. Tell me how that worked.
