Brian Campbell Returns for Chicago Blackhawks at New York Rangers

According to reports (first from Adam Jahns of the Chicago Sun Times on Twitter), Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Brian Campbell will make his season debut on Monday night in New York against the Rangers.

Campbell participated in drills next to Niklas Hjalmarsson on Monday morning in New York. He has been out since mid-preseason recovering from a knee sprain. In his absence, the Hawks have been allowing nearly 10 shots per game more than they did last year.

John Scott will skate at forward in place of Bryan Bickell again (Bickell sat vs. Minnesota), and Nick Boynton will get a night off in New York as well.
