Duncan Keith Reaches Career Milestone

Duncan Keith picked up an assist on a Patrick Kane goal in the first period of Sunday night’s game against the St. Louis Blues, giving him 500 points in his Hall of Fame career.

He is the third defenseman to reach 500 points in the Indian head. Bob Murray (514) and Doug Wilson (779) are the only two ahead of Keith in the Hawks’ record books.

According to NHL.com, only four other “active” defensemen have more than 500 points: Chris Pronger, Zdeno Chara, Andrei Markov and Blackhawks defenseman Brian Campbell, who has 502 in his career.
