Hawks Prospects Getting Ready for World Junior Championships

The Blackhawks could have a few prospects representing the future of the organization at the 2014 World Junior Championships.

Ryan Hartman and Tyler Motte were both on the USA camp roster, and Teuvo Teravainen is expected to lead Finland’s team.

Hartman has 10 goals and 11 assists in 20 games for the Plymouth Whalers of the OHL this season, while Motte has five goals and two assists in 13 games as a freshman at the University of Michigan. Teravainen has three goals and 13 assists in 24 games with Jokerit Helsinki.

  1. Will the mystery of the missing Ryan Hartman ever be solved? His name has been missing from the Plymouth box scores for the last 2-3 weeks but I have not been able to find any report of him being injured. I thought maybe might have been playing on the OHL team in the super subway series against Russia but his name didn’t appear in those box scores either.

Does anyone have any news on why Hartman has been missing for the last few weeks?

  2. ER- I searched also… I think I read upper body/ hope it’s not his shoulder again…

Hinostroza is out for ND w/ Knee or leg… He deserves to be there too – IMO.
I think HINO is very much off the radar- but has over achieved at every level so far.

Can’t wait to see TT- I know he hasn’t been scoring a lot for Jokerit- but they can’t score, and lot’s injuries for team.
