Report: Florida Scouting Morin
In news that’s about as surprising as Corey Perry taking a cheap shot or the Edmonton Oilers losing a game, Harvey Fialkov of the Sun Sentinel is reporting Dale Tallon watched the IceHogs recently.
Apparently Panthers GM Dale Tallon scouted Ice Hogs game Wednesday. Rumor mill churning that he's after Jeremy Morin. #FlaPanthers

Tab, stop talking about Jeremy Morin. The board is done with him, haven’t you heard? Rufus is eating bugs over all the Morin talk for Pete’s sake! We need to #freeMorin so we can stop talking about him here. Until he hits a hot streak for the afterthought Blackhawks South/Panthers and then everyone gets in a lather over what could have been. Stop it! Do you people think that just because this article is about Jeremy Morin, that it gives you the right to talk about him without a certain somebody’s approval?!?!
Seriously though, this IS about as surprising as a Perry cheap shot. You knew the Florida Babyhawks would be in in Morin, I just hope that Bowman takes his time and lets a few teams get involved instead of just giving him away for peanuts.
P.S. Bickell just scored a goal, time for a package deal with Morin? Probably little to no chance that happens though, although a team like Edmonton with Bickell and Morin would give them a whole new dimension, and the Blackhaks could probably get some good young players and/or draft picks in return. They could bring Nordstrom back up who is outplaying Bickell anyway, and then have Millions under the cap to make an addition at the trade deadline if need be.
The only surprise is that Tallon didn’t have a say in Jeremy Morin coming to Chicago. He signed on in Florida a month before Morin came to Chicago.
