Sikura, Gilbert Earn Preseason Honors
On Wednesday College Hockey News named their preseason All-CHN teams, and the Blackhawks were well represented.
Northeastern senior forward Dylan Sikura and Notre Dame junior defenseman Dennis Gilbert were named to the First Team.
Sikura was a sixth round pick (#178) in 2014 while Gilbert was a second round pick (#91) in 2015. Gilbert led Notre Dame to the Frozen Four last season.
Two of the top three college prospects in the Hawks system, with Chad Krys being the other, IMO.
