Tyler Motte To Miss 3 Weeks

Blackhawks forward Tyler Motte will miss the next three weeks with a lower-body injury. Motte, 21, has three goals and three assists in 13 games to begin his NHL career.

However, forward Andrew Desjardins is expected to make his 2016-17 regular season debut on Wednesday against the St. Louis Blues. Desjardins, 30, was credited with 13 points in 77 games last season with Chicago.

Glad it’s only projected for 3 or so weeks. That means it likely isn’t too serious all things considered. Hopefully Desjardins can come back and play some good minutes.
