USA Hockey Announces Training Camp Invites
On Monday afternoon, USA hockey released the names of players invited to their training camp in August for the 2014 Winter Olympics.
Chicago Blackhawks forwards Patrick Kane and Brandon Saad and defenseman Nick Leddy are among those invites.
Tab – Off the topic…In your opinion, what is the reason Q was not chosen as one of team CA’s coaches? I realize there is some fierce competition here and the coaches chosen are deserved however I would have thought that after winning his second cup in fours years, an Adam’s nomination this year, not to mention his career record would have warranted him a lock on next year’s team??
Quite an honour for both Saad and Leddy…two young guys invited to a team loaded with talent…I think Saad is on his way to becoming a great hockey player…Baby Hoss!
